Welcome to the Service Desk used by Key Basics customers for entering new service ticket requests and for viewing your existing requests.

Note: This service requires you or your company to be registered to receive Key Basics support using this portal.
Contact us if you would like you or your company to be registered for access to the Service Desk portal and Knowledge Base.

Select the ticket type that matches the assistance you require.

  • Incident / Issue - If this issue is dramatically affecting your system, select this option to indicate the urgency and help us prioritize this ticket.

  • Request or Inquiry - Enter a description and attach files to assist us with diagnosing your problem or responding to your question.

  • Speak to an Associate - Enter your name and phone number to have someone call you back.

Once on the Service Desk portal web page, you can use the search icon to enter key words and find existing knowledge base documentation that may answer your question without having to create a ticket.

Use the Requests button to view your existing service ticket requests.
